Geriatronics Summit 2024

This year annual geriatronics summit took place in the most picturesque location one can imagine - in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The conference in traditionally accompanied by the trade exhibition, where industry representatives demonstrate their latest products and developments. And we had more than one reson to attend.

First of all, we had a pleasure to meed Mr. Aaron Edsinger, CEO of Hello Robot, a company behind Stretch robotic manipulator that we intend to purchase and hopefully dedicate far more than one blog post to.

In addition to that, Katrin Kangur delivered a speech on the results of our research focused on exploring attitude of elderly care workers towards assistant robots in Estonia.
