Panelists are Kitty Kubo, CareTech Innovation Lead, Ministry of Social Affairs; Liina Harjus-Soostar, Head Nurse at Tallinn Children’s Hospital; Kristina Pärnaste form East Tallinn Central Hospital, the representative of Pihlakodu nursing home.
